The preparation and distribution of annual financial statements of income, expenditure, assets and liabilities of the Owners Corporation.
The issuing of Fee Notices and Special Fees as set by the Owners Corporation.
Ensuring late fee processes are adhered to and are effective.
Organising, chairing and minuting Annual General Meetings, Extraordinary Meetings and Committee Meetings.
The preparation and distribution of meeting agendas, minutes of meetings, reports, memorandums and general correspondence to all owners.
Arranging insurance renewals, ensuring adequate and ongoing insurance of the Owners Corporation, processing all insurance claims.
Maintaining all common areas and supervision of maintenance – working closely with contractors, applying for quotations, appointing contractors, inspecting finished work and authorising payments to contractors.
Maintaining a thorough and up-to-date knowledge of all legislation and statutory obligations.
At all times implementing the decisions and instructions of the Owners Corporation.
